FULLY AUTOMATIC STEAM BOILER UNITS OF SMALL SIZE WITH ÊÂÃ3-ÃÌ, ÊÂÃ2Ì-ÃÌ BOILERS

Fully automatic steam boiler units of small size with ÊÂÃÇ-ÃÌ, ÊÂÃÇÌ-ÃÌ boilers are de-signed to generate the superheated steam for steam turbines and also the saturated steam and hot water for engineering demand of enterprises.

Boiler units meet the requirements ofGosgortechnadzor of Russian Federation.

The delivery set of boiler unit comprises:

  • high-pressure water-tube steam boiler of small size with natural circulation either gas or fuel oil fired;
  • turbine supercharger (TS) for air supply to the boiler;
  • waste-heat recovery boiler (steam or hot-water) to recover flue gases heat of the boiler;
  • automatic control system ensuring piloting, security and warning alarm which utilizes to date microprocessor technology;
  • accessories (adjusting, remote-operated etc.).

Steam boiler is the vertical double-drum boiler with vertical steam supercharger, water econo-mizer and single-path flow of flue gases.

In accordance with the properties of working process which takes place in the gas duct, steam boiler is the high-pressure boiler. Fuel combustion in the furnace and heat transfer occur at air excess pressure. Air supply to the burner is carried out by means of the compressor rotated by gas turbine, which is connected to the boiler gas path downstream the economizer and fired with flue gases. The compressor and gas turbine are arranged in common turbine supercharger.

The replenish and feed water should comply with the maintenance directives for the boilers with natural circulation of relevant pressure.

Boiler can be fired with natural gas and fuel oil of any brand, fuel oil 100 including. The low temperature corrosion is eliminated.

Steam boiler is fitted up with accessories and furnace units, so there is no need to carry out assembly works on site.

The boiler is automatically controlled.

The automatic control system ensures the following: security, visual-and-sound alarm, valves piloting, automatic start up of the boiler, management of parameters, representation of data on colour displays, archives keeping and interaction with control systems of hierarchy su-preme level. Waste-heat recovery boilers are designed to recover flue gases heat of the boiler and improve the operating efficiency of the boiler unit. Either steam or hot water waste-heat recovery boil-ers may be used according to the individual plants demand.

Steam boiler can be delivered by ship, railway or trucks without components dismantling, as it is fully assembled at the workshops. Waste-heat recovery boilers are supplied by compact modules convenient for transportation.

"SKBK" JSC ensures supervision, setting up, start up, personnel training, warranty and post-warranty maintenance of the boiler unit.

BOILERS'ADVANTAGES

  1. These boilers have 7-8 times less mass and volume compared with the tra-ditional ones of equivalent steam output and parameters.
  2. It takes not more than a day to install the boiler on the basement got ready in advance.
  3. The scope of works to be carried out for heat-and-power plants construc-tion and renovation is cut down essentially owing to the small boiler sizes.
