FULLY AUTOMATIC WATER TUBE STEAM BOILER UNITS WITH ÊÀÂ6,3/1,6Ã, ÊÀÂ6,3/1ÃÌ AND ÊÀÂ16/1,6ÃÌ BOILERS

ÊÀÂ6,3/1,6Ã, ÊÀÂ6,3/1ÃÌ and ÊÀÂ16/1,6ÃÌ boiler units are designed to generate saturated steam for engineering demand of enterprises.

The boiler meets the requirements ofGosgortechnadzor of Russian Federation.

The delivery set of boiler unit comprises:

  • steam water-tube boiler with natural circulation fired with gas or liquid fuel;
  • automatic control system;
  • accessories (adjusting, remote-operated etc.);
  • electric fan;
  • feed pumps.

In addition to the boiler fired with liquid fuel:

  • fuel electric pumps;
  • fuel edge filters;
  • fuel preheater.

Steam boiler is the vertical double-drum boiler with coiled water economizer and single-path flow of flue gases. At the Customer's request the boiler can be supplied with steam superheater ensur-ing temperature of superheated steam up to 225oC.

Feed water should comply with the maintenance directives for the boilers with natural circulation of relevant pressure.

Boiler can be fired with gas and fuel oil of any brand, fuel oil 100 and diesel fuel including. The boiler is automatically controlled. Automatic control system utilizes to date microprocessor technology and ensures security, visual-and-sound alarm, valves piloting, and automatic start up of the boiler, parameters' management, archives keeping and interaction with control systems of hierarchy supreme level.

Steam boiler is fitted up with accessories and furnace units. The boiler can be delivered by ship, railway or trucks.

"SKBK" JSC ensures supervision, setting up, start up, personnel training, warranty and post-warranty maintenance of the boiler.

BOILERS' ADVANTAGES
