Fully automatic fuel oil fired boiler КГМ 125-14-540 is designed to generate superheated steam for steam turbines and engineering demand of enterprises.

The boiler meets the requirements of Gosgortechnadzor of Russian Federation.

The delivery set of boiler comprises:

• steam water-tube boiler with natural circulation fired with gas or liquid fuel;
• auxilliary equipment (feed pumps, fan and also fuel pumps, fuel preheater, fuel filters in case of fuel oil combustion);
• automatic control system utilising to date microprocessor technology to ensure manage-ment, security and alarm;
• accessories (adjusting, remote-operated etc.).

Steam boiler is the vertical water-tube boiler with furnace wall, forced draught and single-path flow of flue gases. Gas duct is fitted up with soot blowers. Boiler casing is made gastight.

Feed water should comply with the maintenance directives for the boilers with natural circulation of relevant pressure.

Boiler can be fired with gas and fuel oil of any brand, fuel oil 100 including. The burner assem-blies enable different kinds of fuel to be fired separately.

The boiler is automatically controled. Automatic control system ensures security, visual-and-sound alarm, valves piloting, automatic start up of the boiler, parameters management, archives keeping and interaction with control systems of hierarchy supreme level.

The boiler incorporates 16 assembly modules convenient for transportation. Boiler can be deliv-ered by ship, railway or trucks provided the modules sizes do not exceed:

• height - 4020 mm;
• width - 4900 mm;
• length - 9600 mm.

"SKBK" JSC ensures supervision, setting up, start up, personnel training, warranty and post-warranty maintenance of the boiler.

1. These boilers have 2-3 times less mass and volume compared with the traditional ones of equivalent steam output and parameters.
2. It takes 30-45 days to install the boiler arranged in modules on the basements got ready in advance.
