STEAM AND HOT WATER WASTE HEAT RECOVERY BOILERS

йсо 180, йсо2500, йсо5000 waste heat recovery boilers and йсб8 hot water boiler are designed to improve the cost efficiency of heal-and-power plants (diesels and gas turbines) and also to recover heat of different production processes. They are used to generate saturated steam (йсо 180), superheated steam (йсо2500, йсо 5000) and hot water (йсб8).
The boilers meet the requirements of Gosgortcchnadzor of Russian Federation.
The waste heat recovery boilers are fitted up with steam separators, feed and circulating pumps and control system.
The hot water waste heat recovery boiler KVB8 may be supplied together with circuit pumps at the Customer's request
The reiterative forced circulation is envisaged in waste heat recovery boilers.
Gas flow (inlet ant outlet) in the boilers may be reversed depending on the mounting conditions of the power plant.
The heating surfaces of coiled steam boilers are arranged of spiral finned tubes and those of йсо80 boiler are arranged of plain tubes.
I he control system comprises adjusting, remote-operated and shutoff accessories, sensors and instrumentation for remote and local parameters control and ensures the entire boiler control within the whole automatic control system of power plant.
The quality of feed water should comply with the maintenance directives.
Tile waste heat recovery boilers are supplied by modules convenient for transportation. The modules may be delivered by ship, railway or trucks (except йсо 2500 boiler).
"SKBK" JSC ensures supervision, setting up, start up, personnel training, warranty and post-warranty maintenance of the boiler.

Note: The steam output and heat output may be varried in accordance to gas rate and temperature.
BOILERS' ADVANTAGES
- The scope of works to be carried out for heat-and-power plants construction and renovation is cut down essentially owing to the small boiler sizes.
- It lakes not more than 2 or 3 days to install the boiler on the basements got ready in advance.
These boilers have been developed on the base of waste heal recovery boilers originally designed by "SKBK" JSC and being widely used since 60-es.
